Need fixing and Fast!!!

My company purchased 25 of the iDiskk units and we are using Sandisk 32 and 64Gb micro SD Cards in them. Our problem is the App will not see more then a few hundred files in the picture folders to move over to the card. We all have several thousand images & videos on our iPhones. Even in the Video filter only 20-25 videos show up to be transferred out of 850 on my iOS 9.2.1 on a iPhone 5S with 64Gb.

Any options to get this worked out quickly?
