Bug does not copy or show .mov files

Updated: 9-9-2016 I downloaded the latest update. Still the video copy problem has not been solved. I hate devices that have their own proprietary software. Because if the software does not work well the hardware device is useless. PLEASE, fix. I have the iPhone 6s plus. I got a SD card adapter that will allow me to read and write to the card. I am just using the adapter and tried to copy my whole 64GB iPhone to my Sandisk SD card. The app. Copied all photo type files to the card and show up when I list them. Only one video .mov file shows up on my card. I have not checked the size of the card to see if it copied the files but are not displaying the files. I tried to copy the mov files a second time to a new directory but again only one .mov movie file shows up. I dont receive any error messages. It seems like the file are being copied but do not list as files on my card. Please fix or this program is useless to me.

Waste of $$$ and time.

This was a complete waste of $$$. I purchased this a few months ago and never got to using it so, unfortunately, it is too late for me to return it. I should have known immediately that this was going to be a problem when the first file I found on the hard drive was titled "f**k this".

Awesome for music or anything you wana take with you on the go.

I had some music on my tablet I didnt wana have to re buy so I just copied it over to listen to it on the app. I wish this app could have a browser built in so if I wanted to download something I can save it to the drive!

Great value, good features

I bought the iReader (the hardware required for this software) because instead of a flash drive with in-expandable space, it takes a micro SD card. I paid only $20 for the lightning/usb card reader and already had a 64GB micro SD (the fastest kind available). Dont try using this with a cheap, generic card. Anyway, the USB 3.0 transfer speed is extremely fast, and all you have to do is just drag & drop anything you want to put on the drive. You can set up folders however you want. As soon as I connected the iReader to my phone after putting a couple videos and some music on it, a message popped up that brought me directly to the appstore to download this free app. The interface is pretty straightforward, however, it appears that not all of the features work yet. But, its pretty much idiot-proof as far as playing music and vidoes go, and importing & backing up contacts and photos is also self-explanatory. There are some other options that just seem to put you in a loop, such as importing files to and from the phone. I havent had it long enough to say for sure if this is a bug, or just not as "plug & play" as the other fearures. My absolute favorite thing about this device/app is that you can play music and videos directly from the external device. I like the ability to have my entire music collection available, offline, at all times. This does the trick. And, its far cheaper to buy a micro sd card with more storage space than it is to have to re-purchase a flash drive. I hope they do make the menus a bit more clear in the next version. Also, a help section would also be nice, as some features dont seem to be enabled when you tap on what you think should be the correct option. Anyone looking to expand their storage, anyone who may be frustrated with newer versions of iTunes, and/or anyone who got a 16 or 32GB phone and regretted it, will love this handy device and app. And for $20 + the cost of a high quality, fast transfer rate micro SD card (try amazon), this most certainly beats paying $40 minimum for a 16GB flash drive with no storage expansion possible.

Need fixing and Fast!!!

My company purchased 25 of the iDiskk units and we are using Sandisk 32 and 64Gb micro SD Cards in them. Our problem is the App will not see more then a few hundred files in the picture folders to move over to the card. We all have several thousand images & videos on our iPhones. Even in the Video filter only 20-25 videos show up to be transferred out of 850 on my iOS 9.2.1 on a iPhone 5S with 64Gb. Any options to get this worked out quickly? Scott

What a HUGE Disappointment!!

I hate it when I find out Im a Beta Tester for software that has been released too early!! 1) I bought an WECODO iReader unit from Amazon, but I quickly became frustrated because I couldnt find a iReader app. I finally stumbled on a scanning code on the package that took me to the iDiskk Pro app which I installed. Curiously, none of the product pictures and text in the User Guide matched the WECODO iReader unit I purchased (and that may account for crippled performance of this app on my iReader). 2) The software is NOT intuitive or user-friendly and there is NO User Guide in the User Guide tab, so the user is on his own to figure out how to do backups. A task made more more difficult because the labels are vague and unhelpful. I eventually, made backups of my Photos and Contacts. But I cant figure out how to transfer some or all of my Photos back to my phone. My Contacts backup is one large .vcf file. Again I cant how to recover selected files without recovering all and overwriting any new or changed entries that should be saved. There NO instructions on how to do all of the other tasks, move docs, photos, music and videos around between the iReader, iDevices and computers. And visible way to access the iReader to watch videos or listen to music while its still stored there.

CONNECTION PROBLEMS

When I connect the reader into any of my iOS devices it ask to download the app (so it know what it is and that its connected) but when I download and open the app is says its not connected no matter what!! Whether I take it out and plug it in or wiggle it a little. Plz fix.

Great

I wish we had instructions it works well taking my 2.7k videos from drone to phone. I also would love it if video files displayed an image of the start of file it would make it easier to find the file you need Update now I cant email files to myself it opens then crashes with newest iOS
